Responsibilities for Executive Members
- All club activities should be conducted according to proper procedures (according to club organogram).
- All activities should be fixed after communicating with all executive members and moderators by conducting an executive meeting.
- If any member wants to do any new activities or have a new idea, s/he has to concern with moderator or president first. Then it will be permitted after consulting with head of the department.
- At that executive meeting, a committee will be formed for that particular activity.
Terms and Conditions
- All executive members have to maintain the hierarchy of this organogram.
- They must maintain communication with each other.
- It is the duty for all members to keep in touch with each other. It is not only the duty for any specific executive member or general member to keep this communication but also it is the duty for every executive and general member.
Executive member Termination Rules
- If anyone misguides any other member of computer club, s/he will be punished and terminated by the head of the department consulting with advisor.
- If anyone does any activity against computer club, s/he will be punished and terminated by head of the department and consulting with advisors.
- If anyone avoids 2 executive meeting one after another, s/he will be punished and terminated by head of the department and consulting with advisors.
