In Bangladesh now we have a billion dollar export industry in the textile and apparel sector. At about 4.5million people (including garments) are working in this sector. At present the requirement of technical hand (engineers and technicians) are huge. As a textile engineers, one have to play a vital role in the textile industry. Professionals have to build up their self as like all rounder.
Only reading textbook is not sufficient to survive in this professional world.
A huge number of textile students are coming from different government and private university to RMG sector.
So, to be a valuable engineer one has to learn and adopt leadership, organiging, creative, techniquecal and many more extra ordinary culture.
Soon textile student will be facing serious competition with other university textile student. Day by day textile department are increasing rapidly.
So, it is the time to feel good for us and our future.
“City University Textile Club” is always trying to do creative.
